We aim to fulfill all orders within five business days of placement.

All national and international orders are sent via Australia Post from our warehouse in Melbourne.

Single issue copies of Wonderground, when sent within Australia, are sent as domestic letters in order to keep shipping costs down. This means they are unable to be tracked.

All subscription orders are sent directly from our warehouse in Melbourne immediately upon printing.

International orders can take one month – sometimes longer – to arrive, depending on location.

International buyers have the option of selecting either tracked or untracked shipping. Wonderground is not liable for international untracked orders that do not arrive. We are happy to resend at buyers cost.
