What are the benefits of subscribing?
You’ll be the first to read each new issue! Digital subscribers gain instant and unrestricted access to Wonderground.press. You can browse the current digital edition of Wonderground, and explore the back issues of Wonderground too.

As a Print + Digital subscriber, you’ll get all of the above, and a new issue of the journal delivered to your doorstep twice a year. Read in the garden, on the train, on your phone. Take Wonderground with you!

Gold subscribers get all the perks of a Print + Digital subscription, plus a mystery gift (!!), invitations to exclusive editorial briefings, recognition as a supporter in our print journal and website AND we’ll plant two trees on your behalf, one per print issue of Wonderground.

Which issue will my subscription start with and how issues will I receive?
You’ll receive a total of two print journals per year, in autumn and spring. Your subscription will start with the current issue. Both Print + Digital and Digital subscriptions offer unrestricted access to Wonderground.press.

How do I access digital content on Wonderground.press?
To access subscriber-only content on Wonderground.press you need to be logged in. When you purchase your subscription you will be given a username and prompted to set a password. Use these to login to the site by clicking on the small circle on the top right corner of the website, or go to www.wonderground.press/my-account. You will now be able to access current and past issues of Wonderground. These are accessed by clicking on ISSUES in the main menu.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, for your convenience, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the expiry date, which is set for one year after the date of purchase. If you prefer your subscription not to auto-renew, please change the settings within your account. Non-auto renew subscriptions will receive a request to re-subscribe towards the end of the subscription period. Successfully processed renewals are non-refundable. Gift Subscriptions will not auto-renew.

My subscription has ended. How do I renew?
If your subscription has expired due to cancellation or a payment failure, then you may log in to your account to re-activate your subscription. Please note that it is currently not possible for customer support to manually extend or renew active subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription can be cancelled by logging into your account, selecting the subscription you wish to cancel, and cancelling it. We do not offer partial refunds – your subscription will continue until the end of its duration and you may continue to receive issues of the magazine.

How do I change my delivery address?
You can update your address by logging into your account on Wonderground.press. Unfortunately, we are unable to reroute any magazines that have already been shipped, so make sure your details are correct before the release of each issue. If you do forget, we are happy to provide you with a replacement copy for an additional fee.

Can I track my subscription issues?
No. All subscription issues are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia and are sent by Australia Post service Print Post, which is not trackable. We cannot provide shipping confirmation but can offer an estimated delivery timeframe depending on your location. You can contact our team by email at help@wonderground.press.

What should I do if I don’t receive an issue?
Please email help@wonderground.press if you have not received the latest issue within a month of its release and customer support will assist you with your request. Be advised, all claims must be made within three months of the original forecasted delivery date; replacement issues requested outside of this window may be subject to an additional charge.

How soon can I expect my order?
We aim to process all orders within five working day. Delivery times depend on the location. Generally, deliveries take 2-5 working days within the Australia and 3–8 weeks for international shipments, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

Where does Wonderground deliver?
Wonderground ships worldwide. However, if your country is not included in the list of shipping destinations at check out, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill your order at present.

What are the different shipping costs?
You will be made aware of the shipping charge before submitting your order; shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process after you have entered your delivery address. Be advised, however, that orders with delivery locations outside of Australia may be subject to additional import duties and customs taxes levied by the country of destination. These charges are outside of Wonderground’s control, and we ask customers to be aware that they are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once an online order has been placed, it is automatically processed at an external distribution centre and we are unable to make any changes to the order or amendments to your address. Please review all your details carefully before ordering.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If your order has been damaged during delivery, please write to customer support at help@wonderground.press and include a photo of the damage. Our team will assist you with your request as soon as possible.

How do I make a return?
We do not offer refunds on print journals or books. We can offer refunds on other items, providing they are returned to Wonderground within 14 days of receipt, in original condition and unopened packaging. Please note that we cannot reimburse shipping costs from the original delivery nor the expense of returning the item. Please contact customer support with your intention to return and include your order number. All returns must be sent to:

GENERAL

Do I need to create an account to use Wonderground.press?
Users are able to access one free article per month, before registering for an account. A free account provides access to online-only stories, and our extensive archive. It does not provide access to content published in Wonderground print journal. To access this premium content users must purchase a subscription and log into their account.

When an account is created, users agree that personal information such as their name and email address will be used to deliver the services requested. More information about how Wonderground collects and processes personal data can be found in the Terms & Conditions.

Is the media on your site copyrighted?
All content that appears on this site is the exclusive property of Wonderground and/or contributors operating under licensing agreements with Wonderground and is protected under international copyright laws. Content is not to be downloaded, reproduced, copied, stored, manipulated, projected, used or altered in any way, alone or with any other material, or by use of computer or other electronic means without the express written permission of Wonderground. The use of any material as the basis for another creative concept is a violation of copyright.
