Zena Cumpston

Zena Cumpston is a Barkandji woman who works as a writer, researcher and storyteller. She recently curated the exhibition Emu Sky, featuring many Aboriginal artists in an exploration of Aboriginal knowledges. Zena contributed as a co-author on the Federal Government’s State of the Environment Report (2021). Her book Plants: Past, Present and Future was released in 2022.
